CANOPY
Le projet CANOPY redéfinit l’entrée de ville en recouvrant l’autoroute pour réunir enfin la cité et son fleuve. Conçue comme une colline habitée, cette architecture organique efface la fracture routière pour créer un lien fluide et végétalisé vers les berges.
Véritable écosystème suspendu, le projet agit comme une barrière anticarbone à l’orée de la ville, filtrant les nuisances pour protéger les quartiers riverains. CANOPY ne se contente pas d’habiter l’espace : il répare le paysage, transformant une infrastructure grise en un poumon vert protecteur où la nature et l’urbanisme dialoguent en parfaite symbiose.
MANTA
The first project of Luc Spits Vision, called MANTA, pushes the boundaries of sustainable architecture. A true floating city, MANTA uses water as its main source of energy, guaranteeing total autonomy thanks to innovative hydraulic and solar conversion technologies. Its integrated ecosystem feeds a self-sufficient vegetable garden, ensuring sustainable food production for its inhabitants.
