LE BOUDOIR – Penthouse on the banks of the Meuse

Like a jewel in its setting, this penthouse with a view of the Meuse valley created during the spring of 2020 combines noble and natural materials.

Like a modern boudoir, every detail has been carefully designed and studied. Argenta full height invisible doors with integrated handle have been selected to keep the heights of spaces and simplify lines as much as possible. These were painted in the same shade as the walls and the surrounding custom-made furniture, always to blend in and give this impression of space and light to this 120sqm apartment.

The dressing room, the changing rooms, the laundry room and the Poggenpohl kitchen have been 100% tailor-made in order to best meet the needs of our customers. The storage has been optimized to take advantage of the maximum functional space. What could be better when moving from a large house to an apartment, as was the case with our clients?

Always for the sake of simplicity, special techniques have been incorporated and hidden: no visible ventilation grilles, protruding radiator or unsightly air conditioning unit. Everything is integrated into the false ceilings and partitions, the air intakes are made through recessed baseboards or from the top of custom-made furniture.

The design of the bathroom and sanitary facilities was also a challenge. The walk-in shower is dressed from head to toe in an XL size marble effect ceramic matching harmoniously with the finishing details in brushed brass.

Support for our customers took place from A to Z:

– study of volumes and circulations
– design of custom furniture
– selection of furniture and lighting
– choice of covering for walls and windows
All with the goal of total harmony for the entire project.
